My name is Jennifer Meyer and I joined Londr at the end of last year as it’s CEO. I am excited about the opportunity that Londr has to help create jobs for each one of you.
Londr started in 2020 and spent the next two years creating the company it is today. Unfortunately, in January 2022, one of our co-founders needed to leave the company and Londr needed to find a replacement. I was lucky to have the opportunity to join Londr and have been trying to learn years worth of knowledge in a few months!
We are a small team and really want to acquire new customers this year. The way to grow a business like ours is by building the network of people who engage with us. We will be actively marketing to the people who are already in our database and pursuing new customers. Many of you have never received an order and I know that is super frustrating, it is for me too. We hope to change that this year.
What is important for you to know is we are committed to your success. You represent us and we want to make sure you have all you need to be successful. This year, we need to engage your help in spreading the word about how awesome it is to get laundry done by a Londr washer (even if you haven’t washed anything yet). We will have social media contests, sales contests, and customized marketing materials made for you. Make sure you also create your own unique URL in the Washer App so you can include that in your post. Any new customers that use that URL gets a discount and you get and extra cash bonus!
If you haven’t already, please like our Facebook and Instagram pages and share them with your contacts and ask them to share! I’m sure some of you will get some new customers! If any of you want to share with us a one or two sentence testimonial how Londr is helping you, we can post it on our social media and website too! Or, if you want to do a 15 second selfie video talking about how Londr has helped you, we can do the same thing!
