How does Londr work?<\/summary>\n

Use the Londr app<\/a> to place an order specifying how much laundry you have and any special instructions. You\u2019ll then be matched with a washer in your area. Set the laundry out on the porch, and your washer will pick up, wash, dry, fold, organize, and deliver your laundry ready to be put away.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

How do I get a Londr bag?<\/summary>\n

Londr bags can be purchased for $9 using your account on the Londr app. When you purchase your first bag, you\u2019ll receive it by mail from Londr.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

How do I start a Londr subscription?<\/summary>\n

Use the app to select which day of the week you\u2019d like your laundry picked up and what size of bag to use, and we will make sure a washer is there every week to take care of your laundry. We\u2019ll remind you the night before to put your bag out for pick up!<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

Is there a Londr app?<\/summary>\n

Yes! The Londr app is available for download. You\u2019ll find it on your device\u2019s app store.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

How much does Londr cost?<\/summary>\n

Our white bag is equivalent to one 13-gallon plastic bag and costs $30. Our black bag is equivalent to two 13-gallon plastic bags and costs $50. Note: If black bag is over 50 lbs, there will be a surcharge of $30.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

How do I pause or cancel a subscription?<\/summary>\n

You will only be charged the day before your scheduled weekly pick up, so you can pause or cancel your subscription any time in the app 24-hours or more before pick up.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

Where does Londr operate?<\/summary>\n

Wherever you are. We are in large cities and small towns all over the USA. If we don\u2019t have people in your area yet, we will find people in your area and notify you when you can place your order. Also, the more you share, the more we\u2019re there!
