Use the Londr app to place an order specifying how much laundry you have and any special instructions. You’ll then be matched with a washer in your area. Set the laundry out on the porch, and your washer will pick up, wash, dry, fold, organize, and deliver your laundry ready to be put away.

Londr bags can be purchased for $9 using your account on the Londr app. When you purchase your first bag, you’ll receive it by mail from Londr.

Use the app to select which day of the week you’d like your laundry picked up and what size of bag to use, and we will make sure a washer is there every week to take care of your laundry. We’ll remind you the night before to put your bag out for pick up!

Yes! The Londr app is available for download. You’ll find it on your device’s app store.

Our white bag is equivalent to one 13-gallon plastic bag and costs $30. Our black bag is equivalent to two 13-gallon plastic bags and costs $50. Note: If black bag is over 50 lbs, there will be a surcharge of $30.

You will only be charged the day before your scheduled weekly pick up, so you can pause or cancel your subscription any time in the app 24-hours or more before pick up.

Wherever you are. We are in large cities and small towns all over the USA. If we don’t have people in your area yet, we will find people in your area and notify you when you can place your order. Need your clothes washed in a home free from pets? Need dye and fragrance free detergent? Just say so in the special instructions on the order. Our washers are asked to honor any special instructions you give, or to not take the order.
